CloudScapes Sponsor Landscape Institute Awards

CloudScapes shows’ support to the landscape industry by sponsoring the Landscape Institute Award in the ‘Excellence in Visualisation and Digital Practice’ category.

For three decades our team of software developers have helped customers realise their design potential by producing market leading AutoCAD and Revit solutions. CloudScapes are continually pushing forward in the realms of landscape design.

The Landscape Institute Awards celebrate people, places and nature as well as the exceptional contribution that landscape designers, planners, managers and researchers make in the creation of landscape excellence. There are 15 professional category awards, including excellence in Landscape Construction and Landscape Design, five open category awards recognising exceptional work in landscape and a Building with Nature award.

Our MD, Tim Calnan,  took this opportunity to promote and empower landscape professionals.

“This is CloudScapes’ first year as Category Sponsors of the Landscape Institute awards.  a way for us to show our continued support and commitment to the landscape profession and it coincides perfectly with our rebranding of CloudScapes.”

In September 2021 the finalist shortlist was published and the event winners were announced via an online ceremony on the 25th of November 2021 presented by Hannah Jackson, farmer and public figure, and Indy Johar, a celebrated architect,  who also gave a keynote speech.

The Excellence in Visualisation and Digital Practice category compares projects for their design professionalism, celebrating landscape visualisation or the use of digital technologies for design. The finalists in this category demonstrated excellence in categories covering all elements of landscape creation from biodiversity and health and well-being to landscape construction, planting design and masterplanning.

This year’s winners were announced as PRP Architects for their Clapham Park Regeneration. The practice team was applauded for their excellent presentation and the use of a range of visualisation tools to help engage with the local community and stakeholders.

“PRP has created something more than just a demonstration of good skills. It is visually appealing and it is a great  way of giving people a safe community, it is well deserving of the award. We thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the awards and we will continue to support the Landscape Industry in the coming years. ” adds Managing Director Tim.
